How we calculate our fees?

Fees for compliance work - for example your annual accounts, business and personal tax returns, VAT returns and managing your payroll, budgets and cash flow forecasting etc - are not charged by the hour. Fees for this type of work are calculated according to your business size, maturity and how well you maintain your records. Once agreed (before any work commences), our fees are fixed for the duration of the assignment and include all ad-hoc telephone calls and meetings.

Fees for business advice and business development products are priced as a product according to the size of your business and include all ad-hoc telephone calls and meetings. These fees are payable at the commencement of each project.

No work will be commenced unless the fee has been agreed with you in advance. In this way you are protected from any unexpected surprises.

We are able to accept monthly standing order payments for all services.
